Our care is provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are located in a state where Sacred Rose Center for Wellness is licensed to provide care. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a private and secure environment for telehealth sessions.
Sacred Rose Center for Wellness accepts select insurance plans as well as self-pay options. Clients are responsible for confirming their benefits and coverage with their insurance provider before scheduling. For clients paying out of pocket, payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Upon request, Sacred Rose will provide Superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. All fees, rates, and accepted insurance panels are subject to change with notice. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to their next scheduled appointment.
We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.
Sacred Rose Center for Wellness does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency, please call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.
While we make every effort to provide a secure and reliable telehealth experience, we are not responsible for disruptions due to internet or technical failures. Sacred Rose Center for Wellness will not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of this website or our services.
