We are pleased to offer in-person appointments by request and provider availability at our Washington, DC and Oviedo, Florida offices, in addition to our telehealth services.

In-Person Availability

In-person appointments are available Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based on provider availability.
If your provider is completing another session when you arrive, you are welcome to call or text our office. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Ring the doorbell upon arrival.
Your provider will unlock the entrance remotely.
Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area while your provider prepares for your visit.
Your provider will personally welcome you and escort you to your appointment.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available throughout the office complex.

In-Person Availability

Our Washington, DC office currently offers in-person appointments during February and July each year.
As Sacred Rose Center for Wellness continues to grow throughout the Washington metropolitan area, we plan to expand both our in-person availability and provider presence to better serve our community.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please check in using the iPad kiosk or with the front desk upon arrival.
Once you have checked in, your provider will personally greet you and escort you to your appointment.

Paid parking is conveniently available next door through Metropolis Parking.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, the simplest way to see if you are in network is by visiting our Headway link. We offer superbills you can submit for reimbursement, and we are working toward accepting insurance panels soon.

What can I expect in my first session?

The initial intake lasts 60 minutes. We’ll review your history, discuss your goals, and create a treatment plan together. You’ll leave with clear next steps.

Are sessions virtual?

Yes — all appointments are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, so you can access care from anywhere in D.C. or Florida.

What if I’m in crisis?

Sacred Rose does not provide emergency services. If you’re experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Prefer Telehealth?

Not every appointment requires an office visit. Many of our clients enjoy the flexibility and privacy of secure telehealth appointments from the comfort of home. If you're unsure whether an in-person or virtual appointment is the best fit, we're happy to help guide you based on your preferences, clinical needs, and provider availability.
